HB 513
Representative Brown brought up reconsideration of the vote on CSHB
513(STA) (page 3142).

The following was again before the House in third reading:

CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 513(STA)
"An Act relating to financial assistance for certain owners or
operators of underground petroleum storage tank systems; and
providing for an effective date."

Representative Brown moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB
513(STA) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of
rescinding previous action in failing to adopt Amendment No. 1 (page
3139).

Representative Phillips objected.
